Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Service Desk Agent:

ā¢ Perform package handling tasks through UPS systems and uphold precise record-keeping standards.
ā¢ Complete sales transactions in a timely and professional fashion.
ā¢ Offer top-tier customer support in a professional and efficient maer in a quick-paced setting.
Qualifications and Experience of Client Service Desk Agent:
ā¢ Prior experience is not a prerequisite as training is included.
ā¢ Proficient in communicating and coecting with others.
ā¢ Foundational computer knowledge for package tracking and record retention.
ā¢ Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
ā¢ Being legally allowed to work in the U.S. is a fundamental prerequisite.
