Best Workplaces - (2021 - Present) Lehigh Valley Business Fastest Growing Companies - (2014 - Present) Who's Who in Business - (2021 - Present) Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Company - (2020 & 2021) Lehigh Valley Business Best Benefits Consulting Firm - (2017 - Present) What You'll Do As a Client Service Coordinator, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the success of BSI and its clients through the following core job responsibilities: Day-to-day execution of assigned client's benefits administration, wellness programs and overall client service needs Serve as the point of contact for all issues and services related to the account while supporting the Account Leads on all assigned tasks needed to ensure client retention Provide outstanding client service to all current and prospective clients on a daily basis Work directly with the Account team and all supporting departments to prepare client presentations Ensure all client information is maintained and updated using the internal tracking system Create and assist in employee engagement communications for clients Track monthly client wellness participation Provide support for client open enrollment meetings Track upcoming compliance needs and assist with client benefit compliance programs Provide support to other BSI departments on an as-needed basis Travel to client locations to support client meetings and on-site needs. What You Need to Thrive in This Role Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or other related field or 4 years of industry-related experience Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses or the ability to obtain them within 6 months of employment Understanding of Health Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, and the insurance rating process for fully insured, experience-rated, and self-funded plans Superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to present professionally via in-person, online, phone, and written communication methods Ability to establish a rapport and build relationships with clients and carrier representatives Exceptional active listening skills Strong computer skills inclusive of the MS Office Suite & Google. Prior experience with Salesforce or client information tracking systems is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced work environment Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately Self-starter with the willingness to learn and work independently Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply; bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
