- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist clients
- Handle escalated client issues with tact and diplomacy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
