Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and professional handling of member purchases during checkout. • Manage cash, credit, and other payment types correctly through the implementation of approved cash-handling methods. • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing questions and effectively resolving any concerns. • Keep the checkout area uncluttered and systematically arranged to ensure efficiency. • Provide guidance to customers on product selection and offer recommendations as needed. • Support store operations and address customer needs through effective collaboration with team members. Qualifications: • No prior background needed - training will be offered during employment. • Capacity to perform well in a quick-moving, collaborative retail environment. • Proficient in adeptly dealing with customers and communicating effectively to meet their needs. • Acute awareness of specifics and competence in accurately managing transactions. • Ability to stay on one's feet for an extended time and move light products.
