Client Relations Representative
Job Description:
Target is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excel in... decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
