Client Operations Associate (Order Processing)
Summit 360 is seeking a Client Operations Associate to support their sales operations. This role involves processing sales orders, managing returns, and ensuring smooth logistics while providing exceptional customer service and communication with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesActively monitor the incoming requests to process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and returns according to company policies and proceduresHandle RMAs, RTVs, and commercial invoicesHandle Accounts Receivable follow-up with customersCalculate freight costs and coordinate courier/ LTL shipmentsManage most aspects of inbound purchases for the teamInteract with managers, sales representatives, customers, and vendors via email, telephone, and face to faceCommunicate with customers to follow up on orders; send tracking information and credit card receiptsAnswer phone calls from the inbound company call queueAd hoc projects as assignedSkillsImpeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skillsExcellent time management, problem solving, and prioritization skillsDisciplined work ethic with the innate ability to take initiativeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteGeneral understanding of logistics coordination - domestic and internationalExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsIn depth understanding of and ability to follow processesPositive, can-do attitude with a focus on collaborationAssociate or bachelor's degree1-3 years of experience in an administrative roleBenefitsRemote Work Environment (with the option for hybrid).
