Role Overview

As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and creators, ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding experience. You will coordinate client intake, manage documentation, guide clients through initial setup processes, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience. This role is critical to building strong client relationships, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that all onboarding procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
• Manage and track all client documentation, including contracts, NDAs, payment authorizations, and platform‑specific compliance forms.
• Guide clients through initial setup, account creation, and service orientation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creator & Influencer Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure all client needs are addressed during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of onboarding activities, client communications, and milestone completion.
• Ensure all client onboarding procedures comply with company policies, data privacy standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely updates and reports to leadership on onboarding progress, client feedback, and operational challenges.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, communication, and overall client experience.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in client onboarding, account management, or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, document management platforms, or project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with influencer, creator, or digital marketing industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and uphold company standards of professionalism and ethics.
• Experience with remote work environments and virtual client interactions preferred.
