The Client Onboarding Associate role involves engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for new accounts, while maintaining documentation and tracking progress throughout the onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesSupport and partner with the VP, Business Operations and Onboarding in coordinating the onboarding of new Americas accounts, both Separately Managed Accounts and Fund ParticipantsTrack committed but not yet funded business, ensuring key milestones, timelines, and next steps are clearly documented and communicatedServe as a point of contact during the onboarding phase, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients through meeting coordination, communications, and follow-upsPrepare onboarding materials, process documentation, and system setups (e.g., Salesforce, contract management tools, onboarding platforms, reporting)Help ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality client communications throughout the onboarding processMaintain accurate onboarding milestones and client data within Salesforce and related reporting toolsDocument onboarding workflows, best practices, and client-specific requirements to support internal alignment and knowledge sharingContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and elevating the client onboarding experienceAssist in Global Client Group projects and initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field1-5 years of experience in financial services client onboarding, account implementation, or client service functions within an asset management or financial services environmentStrong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate information clearly; Familiarity with onboarding platforms and internal reporting systemsExceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when managing data, documentation, and workflowsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsA team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to collective outcomesStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and the ability to escalate issues appropriatelyBenefitsDiscretionary incentive compensationHealthRetirementWellness offeringsCompany OverviewAcadian Asset Management LLC is an investment adviser headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
