Client Management Specialist

The Client Management Specialist will assist in managing client product and business portfolios, ensuring alignment with company policies and providing outstanding service throughout the order process. Responsibilities Assist with managing client product and business portfolios Compose client and supplier correspondence Process orders and maintain distribution spreadsheets Track projects and manage budgets Communicate with sales agents, project managers, branch and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel, and suppliers Initiate quotes in support of client product requests Receive, process, and place client orders including scheduling shipment of goods via land, air, and or sea Own and process Quality Management Standard documents - including ISO forms, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and quality control action plans Capture all supporting documentation for orders and portfolios within the ERP system (Epicor) Coordinate product receipt and release from location warehouse Work with Corporate Departments to ensure orders are processed for billing in a timely manner and drive the prompt collection of invoices Skills ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience required ERP systems: 1 year (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools – such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferred Ideally experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview HireScore is a platform by Stang Decision Systems, a full service Industrial and Organizational Psychology firm.
