Role Overview

We're expanding our remote travel support team and are seeking detail-oriented, service-driven individuals to join us as Client Journey Travel Advisors. In this role, you'll guide clients through the travel planning process by helping organize trip details, coordinating arrangements, and ensuring each step is handled smoothly and accurately from initial request through final confirmation.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting others, managing details, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Full training and ongoing support are provided, making this a strong opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with prior service experience.

Core Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget considerations

Assist in building and organizing personalized travel plans

Research and evaluate travel options including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities

Confirm availability and process arrangements through approved booking systems

Provide clear communication regarding updates, confirmations, and itinerary progress

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms

Support modifications, scheduling changes, and follow-up requests as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and organized client records within internal systems

Participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing development programs
