Client Implementation Consultant (HYBRID OR REMOTE)
Equitable is dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well-being, and they are seeking a Client Implementation Consultant to manage and execute tasks that support client onboarding and process optimization. This role involves excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations during the implementation process.ResponsibilitiesHost meetings with external clients via video conferencingProvide email and verbal updates to key stakeholders, including internal and external Sales partners (ie: Sales Executives, Account Managers and brokers)Coordinate all implementation needs across departments and inter-departmentallyOrganize and maintain project plansEnsure all necessary milestones and requirements of implementation process are met timelyProvide weekly status reports and feedback on processes to leadershipHost regular status calls with internal and external stakeholdersReview and map census files in ExcelUpload census data and effectively communicate with external parties to resolve errorsUpdate Salesforce with all applicable fields for accurate reportingReview group level documentation to ensure accuracy of group setupUnderstanding of Digital Onboarding platform so we can better assist with trouble shootingBuild effective relationships with internal and external partnersWork with downstream partners, including GRP, Solstice, Full Scope, Claims, Certificates, etcCollaborate with Sales Executives on unique requests and with Underwriters on requotesSkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to adapt and learn quicklyStrong organizational and time management skills; Extremely detail orientedProficient in Excel and other relevant software (Salesforce, PAR, Midas, EB360)Ability to critically think and anticipate needs of key stakeholdersEffective leadership presenceStrong collaboration skills and ability to build strong and effective relationshipsQuick problem-solving abilitiesExperience in a similar role or industryKnowledge of EB products and digital onboarding systemsFamiliarity with project management tools, processes and techniquesBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionA 401(k) planPaid time offCompany OverviewEquitable provides consulting services to secure the financial well-being and retirement strategies for individuals and families.
