Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Resolve questions and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain positive client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using online systems, communication platforms, and digital tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
