Client Data Specialist (Entry-Level) - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do
Manage and update client account information accurately and efficiently.
Verify and process client profile details, ensuring all data is correct.
Handle online bidder approvals and manage mailing list data entries.
Create and manage client-related reports, shipping instructions, and emails.
Process bidder cards, verify sales tax information, and consolidate client information.
Respond to and manage client survey feedback.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
What You Bring
A high school diploma is required.
At least 2 years of experience in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
