• Act as the primary point of contact for active clients
• Guide clients through onboarding, setup, and ongoing use of services
• Answer questions, solve issues, and keep communication clear and timely
• Identify opportunities to expand or enhance client solutions when relevant
• Track client progress and ensure a smooth, organized experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals
