Client Care Specialist

Premier Disability Services, LLC is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm assisting individuals in obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits. The Client Care Specialist role involves providing high-quality phone support to attorney clients, gathering information, documenting responses, and following up with potential new clients. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services Answer incoming calls from potential clients Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database Skills Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude Active listening skills and problem-solving skills Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.
