Client Care Representative

Working hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Location requirements Open to remote, USA Who you are Collaborative and organized Client Care Representative who enjoys problem solving and variety. You are a skilled communicator on all levels coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate support. You know how to: Answer and properly field all inbound calls; return customer calls and emails with urgencyAssist staff with coordinating and scheduling the appropriate resourcesMaintain comprehensive notes in CRM regarding customer inquiries and responsesSupport the sales team with some client account management activitiesCoordinate and complete task lists for small projectsEnter, track, and follow up on customer requests (online, voice mail, etc.)Maintain the CRM database and customer profilesCreate, edit, and distribute various correspondence, reports, email, and spreadsheetsMaintain and update sales opportunities in the ConnectWise program Pay and Benefits This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel. Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00 hourly, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
