Client Care Professional- Work From Home ( entry level)

Join our team as a Client Care Specialist and help individuals and families navigate their insurance needs—all from the comfort of your home! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to existing clients, assist with policy questions, and guide clients through selecting coverage that fits their unique needs. We provide full training, warm leads (no cold calling), and real opportunities to grow in both income and leadership. The culture here is next level: accountability, growth, and fun. Key Responsibilities: • Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling) • Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options • Customize coverage solutions based on client needs and budget The Compensation • The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800. • Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months. • There are no quotas. • Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance.
