Neuberger Berman is a leading investment management firm, and they are seeking a Client Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Head of the Intermediary Business and related teams. The role involves leveraging data and technology to generate insights, prepare reporting materials, and improve internal processes.ResponsibilitiesLeverage the full breadth of Neuberger Berman's internal data and technology infrastructure - including Salesforce, Tableau, internal reporting platforms, and data warehouses - to generate actionable insights across the intermediary businessCollaborate on building and maintaining recurring data models and dashboards that track business performance metrics for the Head of Intermediary Business and senior leadershipSupport data integrity across sources - ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment between systems (Salesforce, internal reporting tools, and channel data feeds)Serve as a primary owner of regular business reporting cadences - including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates for the Head of Intermediary Business, senior management, and key internal stakeholdersPrepare board-level and executive reporting materials, synthesizing complex data into clear, concise narratives with relevant supporting analyticsSupport ad hoc reporting requests from senior leadership with speed and accuracy, drawing on available internal tools and data sourcesAct as one of the day-to-day coordination points across teams, helping drive internal process improvement and data insights to support business growthIdentify and eliminate manual or redundant workflows by leveraging AI tools, automation, and Neuberger Berman's internal technology stackCollaborate with internal technology and data teams to continuously inform on reporting infrastructure and data accessibility for the intermediary platformPlay an integral role in creating deliverables for internal and external clients, handling ad hoc requests, and maintaining quality controlCreate customized presentations on the state of the business for senior management, board-level stakeholders, key internal teams, and clientsTranslate data and analytics outputs into compelling, audience-appropriate narratives - whether for a client-facing deck, an internal business review, or an executive briefingSkills1 - 3 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, intermediary distribution, or a related financial services role (e.g., business management, sales support)Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large datasets and effectively visualize informationDemonstrated ability to build AI-assisted workflows, surface insights, and create efficiencies across sales and operations functionsAbility to identify repetitive or manual workflows and apply AI-assisted solutions to improve speed and accuracyExperience or strong interest in using AI for tasks such as meeting prep automation, CRM data enrichment, competitive analysis summaries, presentation drafting, or client communication templatesEagerness to stay current on emerging AI tools relevant to asset management distribution and sales enablementSuperior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize information and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects across numerous internal groupsProactive, resourceful, highly motivated, and eager to learn; team player who is coachable and curiousComfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with evolving prioritiesSeries 7, 63/65 (or 66) required or to be obtained within 3–6 months of hire dateBenefitsPaid time offMedical/dental/vision insuranceRetirementLife insuranceOther benefitsCompany OverviewNeuberger Berman is an independent and employee-controlled asset management company, providing global investment solutions.
