This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client PartnershipLead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneysAnalyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategiesTranslate complex legal needs into actionable research parametersProject ManagementOversee end-to-end client engagements across multiple service linesTrack and monitor client usage across the extent of a client’s contractEnsure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverablesRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with attorney clientsPresent findings and recommendations to key stakeholdersProactively identify and resolve potential challengesServe as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation processQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts1-3 years of client or customer service experience Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple prioritiesNatural problem-solver with a creative approach to challengesPrevious experience in legal, research, or professional services industriesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Originally posted on Himalayas
