How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
Β Responsible for the audit of aircraft and component records/data in computer systems
Β Ability to learn new software applications as needed
Β Research aircraft documents
Β Update company systems through data entry
Β Ability to prioritize work projects in order to meet competing deadlines, show initiative and critical thinking skills
Β Maintain all aircraft maintenance records. Tasks must be performed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Β Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Β Flexible with work demands, capable of adapting to constant change as well as have the ability to prioritize tasks
Β Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
Who are we looking for?
Requirements
Β Minimum age: 18
Β High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
Β Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Β Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
Β Ability to speak/write and be understood by peers, internal and external customers
Β Must possess excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills and to compose routine correspondence
Β Working knowledge of standard computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
Β Collect mail ranging in weight from a few ounces to 50 pounds
Β Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time
Β Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
