Claude Code Engineer - Marketing & Sales
About the Role: We're hiring a dedicated Claude Code Engineer to build and maintain our agentic marketing and sales systems. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and business automation. You'll be working directly with the owner to build out custom systems for leveraging the latest in Agents. You'll be building custom Claude Code skills, agents, and MCP servers that automate prospect finding, content creation, competitor intelligence, and outreach campaigns. Your systems will run from our command center and directly drive revenue. This role is ideal for someone who: - Gets excited about Claude Code and AI agents - Wants to build systems, not just use tools - Is self-directed and thrives in async remote work - Sees the potential of AI to transform business operations Responsibilities: - Build and maintain Claude Code skills, custom agents, and MCP servers - Stay current with Claude Code releases and Anthropic's Agent SDK - Create automated systems for prospect finding, outreach, and content creation - Manage and improve our agentic systems repository - Document all systems for team use - Collaborate with leadership on automation strategy Requirements: - Strong proficiency with Claude Code CLI (skills, agents, hooks, MCP) - Git/GitHub workflow experience - Excellent prompt engineering skills - Self-motivated with strong written communication - Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment - Available for weekly sync calls (Mountain Time) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Anthropic's Agent SDK - Background in sales, marketing, or automation - TypeScript or Python for integrations - Understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines - Previous remote work experience Compensation: - Hourly Rate: $25-40/hour (based on experience) - Performance Bonus: 10% of profit from sales generated by automated systems (paid quarterly) - Growth: As systems scale, so does your impact and compensation Work Structure: - Location: Fully remote (US preferred) - Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule - Overlap: 4+ hours with Mountain Time for collaboration - Tools: GitHub for project management, Slack/Discord (or similar) for communication Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
