Classroom Support Salisbury
A fantastic school in Salisbury are looking to appoint a creative and motivated teaching assistant to provide support to the class teacher and give the students an extra helping hand. This will involve working closely with the students with special educationalneeds in the class, and helping them maintain focus throughout the day. As a classroom support assistant, you will support and shadow the class teacher, whilst providing 1:1 support to the SEN students. You will help run exciting and innovative lessons to make the classroom and a fun and exciting place to learn. You will helpmaintain excellent behaviour within the class, help boost the students' numeracy and literacy skills and ensure every student is on task. Experience working with children in a school setting before would be beneficial but enthusiasm and a positive attitude is most important.
