CLAS Peer Career Coach
Villanova University is hiring CLAS Peer Career Coaches. The role involves providing career and professional development support to undergraduate peers through one-on-one advising, group workshops, event participation, and promoting professional development services within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Highlights
• Provide individual résumé and professional correspondence reviews to students.
• Guide students on mentorship, networking, internship, job search, and interview processes.

• Encourage ongoing professional development through courses and trainings like LinkedIn Learning.
• Participate in add-on activities such as presenting in courses and event planning.
• Must be an undergraduate student with genuine interest in peer career support.
• Require availability to work up to five flexible hours per week and attend training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling student data.
• Wage rate is $10.00 per hour.
• Position is within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences department, with preference for work-study students but open to all.
