The Auto Claims Specialist at Zurich is responsible for managing non-litigated claims related to auto physical damage, bodily injury, and third-party property damage within multi-party commercial claims. Responsibilities
Manage non-litigated claims related to auto physical damage, bodily injury, and third-party property damage.

Collaborate with internal and external contacts including customers, vendors, suppliers, and brokers.

Ensure claims are resolved efficiently and effectively within defined authority limits and established protocols.

Develop knowledge of established protocols and industry best practices for claims handling.

Provide exceptional customer-focused service throughout the claims process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in Claims Handling or Insurance, or equivalent experience through Zurich Claims Training Program or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice.

Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).

Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.

Currently hold an active adjusters license.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across work groups.

Understanding of claims adjustment process and ability to determine scope/exposure for losses.
