As a Claims Representative I, Auto, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims while providing exceptional client service and contributing to a client-centric culture. Responsibilities Providing exceptional client service to our customers as an industry leader in client engagement Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims Investigating and evaluating relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims Skills English is required Experience in insurance or a related client service focused field Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with technology and have excellent computer skills Driven to create an exceptional customer experience Thrive in a fast-paced and changing working environment Commitment to continuous improvement Execute critical thinking skills to identify problems and are accountable to finding proactive solutions Collaborate with team members to share knowledge to support peers Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required during peak periods and major events High degree of confidentiality and discretion is required Subject to a Background check as a condition of employment French is an asset Desire to grow your education by working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses Post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline is an asset Benefits Training and development opportunities to grow your career.
