Claims Representative (Health & Dental)

Elevance Health is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Claims Representative (Health & Dental) to join our Claims team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our members and is capable of handling a wide range of tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of claims.This role requires a customer service professional with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have experience in health and/or dental insurance claims processing, an understanding of medical terminology, and a working knowledge of HIPAA regulations.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are excited about the opportunity to work for a fast-growing healthcare organization, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Process and adjudicate health and dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all claims processing activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
Provide exceptional customer service to members of Elevance Health.
Work both independently and collaboratively with the Claims team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of claims.
Assist with other related tasks as needed.
