Claims Processor (12-Month Contract)

Responsibilities Accurately enter claim information into the claims processing systems Process MPACS claims through data entry with a high degree of accuracy Review and release ClaimSecure audit claims Maintain quality standards while meeting productivity targets Support the Health & Dental Claims team with administrative tasks as required File claim documentation and correspondence as needed Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements, including maintaining a maximum two-day turnaround time Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support efficient claim processing Contribute to a productive and collaborative team environment while working toward individual productivity goals Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Strong data entry skills, including familiarity with number-pad entry Experience using Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and productivity Benefits Flexible work options designed to support your life, not just your job.
