Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Claims Contract Attorney (Remote - Bring Your Own Device) roles on the team.
Pay Rate: $32/hour on W2
Work Type: Remote – 50 miles within Approved HUB Locations
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST for first week
Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension
Job Overview:
• We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.
• These are not eDiscovery document review positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing claim documents.
• Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
• Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
• Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
• "Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients.
• The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.
Top 3 Required Skills:
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication
• Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Litigation experience preferred
• Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexibility
• Customer service approach
