Claims and Data Entry Specialist
Our client is seeking a meticulous Claims & Data Entry Specialist to join their operations team. This role is essential to our daily workflow, requiring a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity. You will be responsible for the initial intake of claims and the precise management of member-provider data, ensuring that our systems remain accurate and their members receive uninterrupted access to care. Note: Due to the nature of their real-time system queues and coordination with their primary service hubs, candidates must be located within the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT). Must type 60 WPM with 95% accuracy - we will send a test to confirm

Responsibilities
• Execute the manual intake and processing of all provider and member first-time claims to ensure timely adjudication.
• Monitor system queues to track and process change request forms and doctor selection requests with high speed and accuracy.
• Manage provider termination workflows, including performing membership moves and initiating formal termination letters to affected members.
• Manually assign providers for members who fall outside the health plan’s systematic auto-assignment process.
• Audit and report on provider selection errors made by call center staff to help maintain organizational data standards.
• Retrieve and process all incoming returned mail, updating member records to ensure reliable communication channels.
