Job Summary and Responsibilities The Claims Operations team is seeking a part-time Claims - Call Center Associate to join our team. As a Claims - Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for: Handling calls and aiding in resolving inquiries from field representatives and external customers Entering claim information from calls into our claims management system application Creating and executing reports Routing calls for the Headquarters Claims department Working on projects as requested Attending department training Portraying a positive attitude through verbal and written communication and job performance Communicating with management to discuss development opportunities Showing initiative in assisting other associates Striving to provide excellent service to internal and external customers Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to resolve issues through research and communication with supervision and other associates Strong customer service skills Experience with claims management systems and property management systems is helpful Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work efficiently to meet service level agreements Accurate and efficient typing skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer service Experience with claims management systems and property management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer As a Claims - Call Center Associate with The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, you can expect: A competitive salary range of $17.00-$18.00 hourly Comprehensive benefits package, including annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment A diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects all associates A range of benefits and amenities that support well-being, satisfaction, and growth Work Environment and Schedule This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST.
