Responsibilities • Analyze trends in insurance claim data and report findings to leadership. • Research and assess claim data for quality and accuracy. • Prepare and maintain reports from various data sources. • Collaborate effectively with team members and prioritize tasks based on current needs. • Maintain knowledge of the organization's claim data and billing practices. • Engage in program evaluation, grant applications, and contract maintenance. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Two years of applicable experience required. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. • Basic math skills and ability to perform arithmetic operations. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis. Nice-to-haves • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar business analytics programs. • Technical writing skills for queries, reports, and visualizations.
