Responsibilities
Ā Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions for resolution.

Ā Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.

Ā Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process.

Ā Handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Ā Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma.

Ā Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.

Ā Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY.

Ā Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

Ā Computer experience with related claims and business software.
