Responsibilites:

Adjust and process claims in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of claims
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate with customers, providers, and other stakeholders
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Utilize medical terminology and coding in a professional manner
Keep up to date with changes in the healthcare industry
Monitor and review claims for accuracy and completeness
Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to optimize process efficiency
