Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify insurance coverage and determine eligibility for benefits.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim transactions.
Communicate with customers regarding their claim status and... any necessary documentation.
Conduct thorough research and investigation to ensure accurate claim processing.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim processes and identify areas for improvement.
Handle a high volume of claims while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
