Civil Engineer (Entry Level)
LBE, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a motivated full-time EIT or Entry Level Civil Engineer in its Moncks Corner, SC office. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working for an engineering firm and must hold at least a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. The candidate must have experience with civil design, detailing, and other relevant documentation.
Our projects include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors in the United States and abroad.
Job Responsibilities
• Support project teams by assisting with design, analysis, permitting and construction oversight. Support role for projects will start from conceptual phase, design completion and through construction phase. These responsibilities include but are not limited to performing calculations, creating site layouts, site grading, and utility design.
• Apply strong knowledge of commonly used civil engineering and design concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures within the civil engineering industry.
• Establish and implement standards, processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Perform construction administration activities – responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and other related activities.
• May perform project or design management duties.
