One97 Communications Limited that owns the brand Paytm is founded by Vijay Shekhar Sharma.About the team: Drives and Grows the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.About the role: To be a part of enterprise team, Drive and Grow the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.Expectations/ Requirements:● Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.● Identify and Recruit the team to align and drive business in the market.● Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into applicationnew learned ideas and concepts.● Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up by thecompetition.● Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the executionaccordingly.● Analyze the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify the priority spots in order to perform in.● Plan the market size, span and geographies for Team.● Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to theteam to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.● Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.● Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.● Ensure the team members are in market where sales & usage are done regularly● Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area● Maintaining and sustaining long-term relationships with on boarded merchants.● Must use her/his acumen and understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem and network to come up with holistic solutions for the accounts allotted.● Monitoring Upselling and cross-selling by the team.● Drive and Grow Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through variouspayment and merchant services● Have experience in managing and leading large teams of account managers.Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role● Must have high level drive, initiative and self – motivation.● Minimum of 08-15 years of relevant experience.● Should have large team size handling experience.● Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.● Should have good exposure in managing large enterprise accounts.● Should be a graduate/MBA.● Should possess good communication and negotiation skills.Why join us :We aim at bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy, and everyone working here is striving to achieve that goal.
