Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers in urban and suburban areas.
Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and traffic laws.
Operate company vehicles in a responsible manner, following all traffic and driving laws.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safe operation.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors to resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Continuously monitor and maintain the condition and cleanliness of company vehicles.
Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration to ensure efficient delivery operations.
Uphold the company's reputation by providing professional and courteous service at all times.
Adapt to changing delivery schedules and routes as needed.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and efficiency.
Follow all company rules and regulations, including those related to workplace safety.
Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
