Responsibilities
• Lead HR strategy and execution across multiple organizations
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and workforce structure at scale
• Ensure consistency in HR practices across locations and business lines
• Partner directly with ownership on workforce planning and key decisions
• Build systems that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
Requirements
• Senior HR leadership experience (CHRO, VP HR, or equivalent)
• Experience managing HR across multiple locations or entities
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with practical execution ability
• Comfortable navigating complex environments
