Our mission is to help make the Local Church one of the first and best places for people in the community to receive mental health care. We partner with churches by offering a turnkey mental health resource so pastors can confidently support the emotional and spiritual needs of their members and surrounding community. We are specifically looking to serve the DC (DMV) and the Philadelphia areas. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) — or LMFT / LCSW — who aligns with our clinical standards and Kingdom mission. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Full, active licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) — no Associates please • At least 5 years of post-licensure experience in a private practice or outpatient counseling setting (in order to qualify for licensure by endorsement in other states) • 2+ years of experience in lay or vocational ministry within a local church • Clinical training in evidence-based practices, while being skilled and comfortable integrating biblical principles into therapy when appropriate • Willingness to become licensed in additional states by endorsement (practice covers costs) • Willingness to become insurance credentialed (practice handles this process) • Comfortable with telehealth-only work and attending online team meetings • Open to earning $85 per session on average with a flexible schedule About the Work & Schedule • Client Population: Teens (14+) through adults • 100% Telehealth – work from anywhere • Flexible Scheduling – with higher client demand in afternoons and early evenings • Minimum of 5 sessions per week (upper limit based on your availability, preferences and demand) Ready to Apply?
