I have completed a children's picture book titled 'The Cat Who Snores Under My Bed' by Mamaw Jones. The book is a fully illustrated storyboard and family-friendly. I am seeking a professional to assist with the next steps in publishing this book. The ideal candidate will have experience in children's literature and be able to guide me through the publishing process. Book Details
• Target Age: 1–5 years old • Trim Size: 8.5” x 8.5” • Approximately 26 interior pages plus cover and back cover • Full-color illustrations • Story, characters, and page layout have already been developed

• Cora (young blonde-haired girl) • Minn (gray cat) • Luna (cream-colored cat) • B (black cat)
Scope of Work
I am looking for an experienced children’s book designer to:
1.Recreate the existing storyboard into individual high-resolution pages.
2. Create a professional page-by-page layout suitable for printing.
3. Format the book for Amazon KDP hardcover and paperback publishing.
4. Create a print-ready PDF.
5. Design and format: • Cover • Title Page • Copyright Page • Dedication Page • Story Pages • “For Cora” Closing Page • Back Cover
6. Ensure consistent typography and spacing throughout the book.
7. Prepare all files to Amazon KDP specifications.
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF for Amazon KDP • Source files (Canva, InDesign, or editable format) • KDP hardcover-ready files • KDP paperback-ready files • Cover file including spine and back cover
Requirements
• Previous children’s book experience required • Please provide examples of children’s books you have formatted or designed • Experience with Amazon KDP is preferred

This book may become part of a children’s series featuring Cora, Minn, Luna, and B. Successful completion of this project may lead to additional books in the series.
