The Child/Family/Teen Mental Health Therapist position at Thrive Counseling Center involves providing exceptional mental health services to children, teens, and families. Responsibilities
Perform direct clinical counseling services to clients as scheduled, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Provide evidence-based, theory-driven therapy and demonstrate a strong sense of case conceptualization.
,
Communicate with the patient's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.).
,
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of work with clients, colleagues, and others.
,
Respond to clients' correspondence in a timely manner.
,
Complete records and reports on time for each client in alignment with Practice policies and procedures.
,
Conduct counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of the Practice.
Requirements
Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work.
,
Maintain active, unrestricted license in the State of Washington (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, OR LCPC).
,
1+ years of directly related work experience.
,
Residing in Washington State or having concrete plans to relocate to WA state.
,
Availability to provide counseling services during mid/late afternoon-evenings and/or weekend days.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Play Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Family Systems Therapy/Approaches, CBT, DBT, EMDR.
