The Child and Adolescent Psychologist will provide comprehensive behavioral health treatment for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.Open to Full Time & Part Time Candidates. Full Time Compensation $125,000/annual; prorated for part time positions. Part Time positions are also benefits eligible!Must have NY license. Fully remote position.DescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practicesProvide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalitiesParticipate in collaborative care team meetingsDevelop collaborative relationships and referral agreements with community mental health providersMonitor patient service quality and progress for referred patientsComplete required documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and implementation in a timely mannerWork closely with patient, family and team to overcome obstacles in treatmentMaintain licensure and professional development as required by licensing boardQualificationsPh.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American/Canadian Psychological Association (APA)Psychologist license in the state(s) practicing (NY license)2+ years of experience post licensureStrong oral and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish and English preferredAbility to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgroundsDemonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed carePrevious experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescentsPrevious experience with crisis interventionCompensation: Compensation Dependent Upon Location and ExperienceThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
