Child Enrichment Program Manager (Remote)

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Child Enrichment Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of innovative online and in-person enrichment programs for children. This hybrid role requires a leader capable of managing a diverse team, fostering creativity, and ensuring high-quality educational experiences. You will be responsible for curriculum design, program evaluation, budget management, and staff training. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging technology to create engaging virtual activities while also coordinating any necessary on-site components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development, a proven track record in program management, and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing strategic program goals, creating engaging content for both online and offline delivery, managing program budgets and resources, recruiting and training program staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders. This position demands excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in a hybrid work environment, managing both remote and co-located staff, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Non-profit Management, or a related field, along with at least five years of progressive experience in program management, is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
