Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Child and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients across New Jersey. Job Description:As a Child and Family Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns affecting children, adolescents, and families. This position supports flexible scheduling and autonomy, ideal for professionals looking for remote work in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent license in New Jersey (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to children and/or families
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
Must be able to work independently and manage caseload effectively
Private, secure location for remote work
Responsibilities:
Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with children and families
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate care with other providers when necessary
Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, or family systems approaches
Participate in clinical meetings and supervision as needed
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
