Role Overview
As CTO & Founding Member, you'll lead the development of our innovative platform, connecting neurodivergent talent with employers through university and government programs. You'll drive end-to-end product development, focusing on ed-tech and recruitment innovation, and ensure the platform evolves to meet the needs of users as we scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
Full-stack engineer with expertise in LLMs, AI, and data-driven product development
Develop and implement platform architecture using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Drive end-to-end product development, focusing on ed-tech and recruitment innovation
Build and manage a high-performing tech team
Ensure platform security, scalability, and compliance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize platform functionality
Qualifications
Proven experience leading the development of scalable platforms in ed-tech, recruitment, or similar sectors
Expertise in LLMs, AI, and data-driven product development
Strong background in software development, IT strategy, and architecture
Passion for creating tech solutions with measurable social impact
Excellent communication and leadership skills
