Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Financial Services Portfolio

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for its Financial Services Portfolio. The successful candidate will be a visionary and action-oriented leader, responsible for driving technological growth across a portfolio of customers in the financial services industry. This pivotal role involves serving as the technological thought leader and trusted partner, leading strategic technology decisions, and managing the P&L for the assigned customer portfolio. The CTO will work closely with customers to understand their needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of technology strategies. A deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, particularly in the AWS ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving technological innovation in customer management roles are essential. Applicants for the CTO position should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in technology and consulting services, with at least 10 years in the financial services industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in areas such as banking, fintech, insurance, investment, or mortgage, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in P&L management, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for cloud technologies are also key qualifications.
