Chief Technology Officer – CTO
Job Description: • Architect the technical vision, platform strategy, engineering culture, and operating model for Bizee. • Lead the modernization of the platform from legacy systems to a modular, event-driven, API-first architecture. • Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization. • Partner with Product, Data, and AI teams to embed intelligence into platform systems. • Modernize legacy systems into resilient, observable, modular components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technology strategy into business impact. Requirements: • 12+ years of engineering leadership with extensive experience scaling high-growth platforms, SaaS systems, or tech-enabled services. • Proven success modernizing complex architectures and building API-first, modular, or event-driven systems. • Experience leading AI or automation-driven product development in partnership with Data/ML teams. • Strong architectural horsepower and the ability to simplify complexity into clear decisions and scalable patterns. • Exceptional leadership presence: builds trust, aligns teams, and drives execution. • A builder’s mindset, decisive, resourceful, and committed to momentum. • Deep operational excellence: reliability, quality, development velocity, and engineering rigor. • Alignment with Bizee’s cultural pillars: Heart, Hustle, Grit, Humility, and No Fluff.
