Chief Technology Officer

Manta is an innovative technology company focused on Web3 infrastructure and application development. We are at a critical growth stage and planning to launch multiple high-quality applications. We are now seeking a visionary and execution-oriented CTO to join our team and lead the implementation of our technical roadmap.Responsibilities• Lead the company’s technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems;• Manage and inspire the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers;• Plan and execute the technical roadmap for Manta and its product extensions, ensuring timely delivery;• Serve as a technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency;• Keep up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promote exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies;• Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap. Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the Web3 space;• Strong blockchain/Web3 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred;• Proficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript;• Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment;• Fluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment.Bonus Points• Proven track record of leading Web3 products from 0 to 1;• Entrepreneurial experience or having served as a core technical leader in a startup.
