What you will do Lead the development of an effective and efficient marketing strategy to drive user adoption. Ideate campaigns and growth strategies. Originate, and deliver outstanding marketing communications across social and digital channels. Manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables and execute end-to-end campaigns. Actively lead the strategic positioning of Switcheo's product offerings. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments to increase brand awareness and user acquisition. Build a marketing calendar alongisde the product and engineering teams for various channels. Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly. What you will need At least two years of experience in a similar leadership role. Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of blockchain technologies and protocols. Proven knowledge and experience of the DeFi space and Crypto Twitter. Some experience with in-person events, community management, and community engagement.
