β’ Fundraising preparation cycles
β’ Cross-functional coordination between product, sales, and marketing

Key Responsibilities
β’ Translating strategic vision into structured execution plans
β’ Designing scalable operational processes across GTM and product delivery
β’ Supporting fundraising preparation and investor materials
β’ Establishing KPI frameworks and reporting structures
β’ Identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies
β’ Strengthening partnerships and ecosystem relationships
β’ Advising on hiring roadmaps and resource prioritisation
